Studio policy
A few things that keep the studio calm, clean, and on time for everyone.
No children or accompanied guests
Please, no children or accompanied guests at the studio. It keeps the space calm and safe for everyone in service.
Confirm your appointment
Reminders are sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm within 24 hours — appointments not confirmed within 24 hours are automatically cancelled, so someone on the waitlist gets the chance to book.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service applies. With no notice at all, the fee is 100%. Any unpaid fee must be settled before you can book again.
Arrive on time
Appointments run back to back. Arriving on time shows consideration for your nail tech and the guests booked after you — being late cuts into your service time and theirs.
